We offer a 30-sleep trial. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us for a full refund!
Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
When you have placed an order and finished the payment process, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within a couple of minutes. It is important to make sure that the e-mail you entered is correct.
Do not place a new order before going through these two steps below:
Step 1: Please check among the spam emails. If you cannot find the e-mail there you can move on to step two.
Step 2: Contact our customer support. Send an email with your name to contact@9sleep.ca so that the support team can check if the order has been registered in the system. You can also go to our Contact Us page to contact the support team.
How do I change or cancel my order, Can I do it after I have received the shipping confirmation e-mail?
Once you have received the shipping confirmation e-mail we are unable to make any changes. If you notice anything wrong with your order please contact contact@9sleep.ca
Will the package be delivered to my address?
The package is delivered to the shipping address entered when completing your order.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
If the maximum number of working days have passed, contact the support team by sending an email to contact@9sleep.ca or use the Contact Us form.
If the maximum number of working days has not passed yet, we ask for your patience.
